Instructions For Use of the Survey Form

The following survey is used to supply you, the customer, with a free Cost Justification for your door(s) which will allow you to see if an Air Curtain would work in your facility. Simply follow the steps below to receive your Cost Justification form, and please be sure to completely fill out the survey in order for us to respond as accurately as possible toward your specific application.

Instructions for Use of the Survey:

  1. Fill out the following Survey Form as accurately as possible.
  2. Click the 'Send' button.
  3. Wait for your free personalized Cost Justification Form.
